Sometimes one cannot attend a funeral due to work commitments, or perhaps there may be personal issues/conflics with other family members attending. Live overseas or far away? - A video of the day can be completed within 3 days of the funeral and made available online.

Although web-casts are available at certain venues, they are mainly limited to one camera in a fixed position showing only the readings. I offer an unobtrusive service which includes an 8-12 minute edit (in most cases, depending on duration) of all the essential parts of the day - speeches, burial etc, as well as extra footage of scenery, cemetary and church.

Approach

Although without doubt a funeral is a very sad and traumatic day for most, in my videos I try to capture as much interesting scenery that hopefully lends an austhetic/aural beauty. Cemetaries and churches often offer an unusual ethereal quality and atmosphere like no other - be it gravestone designs, architechture of churches, or natural wildlife to be found on these locations. Music of your choice (usually a favorite of the deseased) can be added, as well as the standard text on screen where desired. The idea is to try make the video as pleasant a viewing experience as possible, and to try to make closure of the passing as painless as possible.
